For weeks, I’ve been told “we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours” with no real follow-up.
No one has been able to confirm whether I will be refunded for an order I never received.
For a company of this size, this is simply unacceptable.

I returned an article and unfortunately used the wrong credit card for my reimbursement. I went into Zara and it seemed to be a huge problem to solve. I filled out a form showed my receipt they made copies of my credit card .. this was in August ! I am still waiting to be reimbursed ! I suppose that Zara being such a popular clothing store they don’t really care about their customers. It’s all about mass! It’s a real pity ! With the 45 euros reimbursement I would have surely bought something else in store ! The customer is definitely not King !
I recently placed an order with Zara France which was delivered to a friend’s address on July 29, as I was traveling and could not receive it myself.I tried to initiate a return as soon as I returned from my trip, on August 26, which was 2 days past the official return deadline according to Zara’s policy.I fully understand the store’s policy, but I would greatly appreciate it if Zara could make an exception as a gesture of goodwill in this case. I truly enjoy shopping with Zara and hope for a positive resolution.Thank you for your consideration.
I have ordered a couple of times and been happy. The last order included a dress which the size was marked wrong. I sent it back for a refund on 12 August. They received it yesterday and now tell me 14 days before I will receive a refund. In 2025 that is unacceptable. Every other company refunds in 3 days.
So called Zara,just be careful, thought I was ordering from Zara so never looked at trust pilot said it was a sale so ordered lots of home items it’s that long ago I ordered so actually forgot what I had ordered,emailed twice nothing even emails disappeared, Santander was absolutely disgusting didn’t get my money back, so just be warned

L.612-1 and L.616-1).Customer service is nonexistent: the chat closes conversations without any solution, it is impossible to obtain the mandatory mediator’s contact information, and the phone service is only accessible through the store, proving just as useless and unpleasant.Only positive point: the in-store staff are polite but completely powerless.➡️ Legal proceedings are underway. Bad customer service30 place. d'italie 75013 paris zara femmeA very rude young man at the counter refused to serve me when I wanted to pay for my items. I am not sure this is allowed, refusing to take payment. But the beautiful young lady quickly stepped in was indeed very helpful.
