I recently placed an order with Zara France which was delivered to a friend’s address on July 29, as I was traveling and could not receive it myself.I tried to initiate a return as soon as I returned from my trip, on August 26, which was 2 days past the official return deadline according to Zara’s policy.I fully understand the store’s policy, but I would greatly appreciate it if Zara could make an exception as a gesture of goodwill in this case. I truly enjoy shopping with Zara and hope for a positive resolution.Thank you for your consideration.
