Visited a store last week where my daughter bought a skirt. The changing rooms were overcrowded, so she couldn't try it on. When she got home, it didn't fit, so she took it back for a refund. Despite having the correct receipt, the staff claimed the size was wrong and refused to process a refund or exchange. Even after explaining that she had scanned the tag herself, they insisted she return to the original store to resolve the issue. This was entirely their fault, yet the customer service team echoed the same frustrating advice. We will definitely avoid this store in the future due to their poor service.
