Order never received, poor customer service.

I placed an order that never arrived, and tracking showed it was stuck at a depot indefinitely. I reached out to the support team to cancel and request a refund. Despite clearly stating 'No' twice to a replacement for available items, they sent them anyway, ignoring my wishes. I returned the items the same day they arrived, and they have been tracked back to the company, yet I haven't received any refund or email confirmation. I've tried every way to contact customer service and requested my case be escalated. The chat support seems to be using AI responses, as they mistakenly included part of the AI thread in their reply. They lack a proper complaints procedure and have refused to provide it. Their handling of the situation is frustrating, and I simply want my refund.

Unacceptable service and pricing issues

I cannot give even one star. I placed an online order for a jacket and paid £59.99. When it arrived, the price tag showed €49.95. It's nearly impossible to reach a representative over the phone, and my attempts to use web chat for clarification have been met with no response, as the chat gets abruptly ended by the support team. This is a shocking way to operate a business. Shame on you!

Extremely disappointing customer service experience. My order seems to have been lost with the delivery service for over a week, far exceeding the maximum delivery timeframe, and there's been no tracking update. I reordered the items to avoid them going out of stock, and those arrived. I've explained my situation through multiple chats, but I have to repeat myself each time as there seems to be no record of previous conversations—yet nothing has changed. I was promised a refund within 48 hours, but received nothing. After following up, I was told to wait another 24 hours, and still no email or refund notification. I contacted them again and was reassured that the refund would come within 24-48 hours, but I have little faith in that happening. I've mentioned they are violating consumer rights, and my next steps will involve requesting a chargeback from my credit card and reaching out to trading standards.

Appalling customer service - steer clear!

Visited a store last week where my daughter bought a skirt. The changing rooms were overcrowded, so she couldn't try it on. When she got home, it didn't fit, so she took it back for a refund. Despite having the correct receipt, the staff claimed the size was wrong and refused to process a refund or exchange. Even after explaining that she had scanned the tag herself, they insisted she return to the original store to resolve the issue. This was entirely their fault, yet the customer service team echoed the same frustrating advice. We will definitely avoid this store in the future due to their poor service.

Frustrating payment problem resolution

I would have chosen zero stars if possible. Resolving a payment issue has been a nightmare. I was charged twice for a purchase and couldn't get a refund. Lack of customer consideration

I placed an online order but was unwell and couldn't pick it up from the store. They only allow a 7-day collection window, which is usually fine, but other retailers offer more flexibility. Poor return policy

The return policy is extremely disappointing. I have been a customer for years, but their policies have become increasingly unsatisfactory. I received a damaged item and contacted customer service immediately. The chat service was slow, and if I didn't respond quickly, it ended. After three days of trying, I was told to return the item and maybe they could help afterward. I provided proof, but nothing was resolved. This is unacceptable.

Returns for damaged items?

I'm baffled. How can a company send damaged goods and expect the customer to cover return shipping? I've never encountered this before. The customer service through messaging was also unhelpful. I won't be ordering again.
