I would have rated them zero stars if I could. My experience with a payment issue has been terrible. I made a purchase at a local store and was charged twice. When I returned for a refund, I was told it couldn't be done. I had to reach out via messaging to speak with an agent, but after five hours, I still received no response! They've taken my money fraudulently and won't refund it. Now I have to dispute the payment with my bank and hope for a resolution. I plan to report this astonishing situation to the relevant authorities.
