Extremely disappointing customer service experience. My order seems to have been lost with the delivery service for over a week, far exceeding the maximum delivery timeframe, and there's been no tracking update. I reordered the items to avoid them going out of stock, and those arrived. I've explained my situation through multiple chats, but I have to repeat myself each time as there seems to be no record of previous conversations—yet nothing has changed. I was promised a refund within 48 hours, but received nothing. After following up, I was told to wait another 24 hours, and still no email or refund notification. I contacted them again and was reassured that the refund would come within 24-48 hours, but I have little faith in that happening. I've mentioned they are violating consumer rights, and my next steps will involve requesting a chargeback from my credit card and reaching out to trading standards.
