I bought many presents for christmas early this year in Zara home, which will not happen again. 1) they dont make the return date on the gift receipts based on when the reciever gets the present, but on when you bought it. Unlike most stores.2) they gave us the usual recepit, gift bags, put stickers on the prices, but the sticker was NOT a gift receipt. (As it is in most stores). They were supposed to give us gift reciepts too. Who knew?! But They forgot on all 7 gifts we bought. 3) I called and asked to be able to return a present later, since the receiver was in the store with no gift receipt, but an apparantly useless sticker on the price. They refused to help, even though they f...ked up by not givin us gift receipts in the first place.
