I've placed 3 separate orders for furniture since I've moved to a new home.
1. Order one: the bed send out is a completely different colour to the pictures and they refuse to exchange it.
2. Order two/three: Items arrived badly broken, scratched and practically needed to be returned. They still haven't informed me of when they will be collected and refunded. it has been 2 weeks and i've contacted them 4 times so far.
3. Lines never work to call. only through chat that is not helpeful.
I feel robbed and cheated. Will never use zara home again and I have spend too much money already on these orders. I am stuck with broken and wrong items.

Relying on that information, I went to one of those places. Upon arrival, the staff told me they could not process the return. They kindly called customer service for me, only to be informed that the item could not be returned in-store anywhere, which completely contradicted what I had previously been told. I explained that my original call was recorded and provided my phone number, along with the exact date, time, and duration of the conversation. I requested the manager to listen to the recording for verification, but they refused. As a result, I had to pay out-of-pocket for shipping to return the item after wasting my time. This experience demonstrated a total lack of accountability, communication, and concern for the customer. If I could give zero stars, I would:
0 for listening
0 for facilitating
0 for customer service
0 respect for the customer’s time I will never shop here again. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund and only offer a gift card while deducting delivery fees, which is unacceptable. The customer service is awful; there’s no option to email or call, only chat with long waiting times, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I arranged for a return collection today and stayed home for it. By 2 PM, I was still waiting and discovered that no collection was booked. This was a massive waste of time and a frustrating experience, compounded by the subpar quality of the product. In the end, I had to rebook the collection and hope they follow through this time.
My order was never processed. After two weeks, I managed to contact them, and they suggested I reorder, which I did. The confirmation email stated it would arrive in two weeks, but these were Christmas gifts. The chat service was nearly impossible to navigate, and when I did get through, it was painfully slow. I wasted two hours trying to reach them, and there’s no phone support for non-local customers. AVOID!
It’s unfortunate I can’t give a negative rating. I ordered a carpet that arrived with a hole, and the replacement was even worse, with larger holes and stains. The customer service was unhelpful, refusing a refund until they confirmed the return shipment. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
