I recently purchased a £350 leather patch rug from Zara home amoungst several other item when knitting my new home out. I was later looking online and noticed a £50 reduction on the same rug as I purchased it 3 hours from my home address in Manchesters Trafford centre I simply wanted to find out how I could get money back as the item had been reduced after all my receipt was still inside policy by 2 weeks. I called customer service who said I had to go into a Zara home to be able to do this or alternatively I needed to send the item back to Madrid and then reorder it again having paid postage myself. I shop with Zara very regularly for clothes and have never had any issues but I must admit I have been greatly put off and will be reluctant to purchase from the again in future.Jack
