After purchasing a double duvet cover the cover was far too big for a uk average cover of 200mmx200mm upon looking at other stores there sizes are uk average. Apparently zara home covers are 220mmx220mm which are european sizes so of course the duvet didnt fit into the cover properly. THE MANAGER at the regents st branch refused to give a refund just an exchange. I will never shop at zara home again and recommend others to consider any purchases was extremely angry as i have now got to pay a machinist to alter the cover to a standard uk size.
