I made a purchase for a gift and needed to return the item. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a tiring and frustrating ordeal. Before heading to the store, I contacted customer service and was informed that I could return the item at one of two designated locations that accept returns. Relying on that information, I went to one of those places. Upon arrival, the staff told me they could not process the return. They kindly called customer service for me, only to be informed that the item could not be returned in-store anywhere, which completely contradicted what I had previously been told. I explained that my original call was recorded and provided my phone number, along with the exact date, time, and duration of the conversation. I requested the manager to listen to the recording for verification, but they refused. As a result, I had to pay out-of-pocket for shipping to return the item after wasting my time. This experience demonstrated a total lack of accountability, communication, and concern for the customer. If I could give zero stars, I would:
