Despite referencing consumer rights multiple times, the customer service representative continues to delay. There’s no contact number or live chat, only email support that seems to be overseas. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear. It's surprising that such companies still operate, and I hope awareness leads to their closure for fraudulent practices.
