The representative asked for my flight details to coordinate with my accommodation. I requested extra days for sightseeing, which they accommodated (at my own expense). Throughout the payment process, the representative was communicative and answered all my queries. When I arrived in December, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was seamless. I received a detailed message and video about the process. On my first day in Istanbul, I thought it was just a consultation but ended up having both x-rays and the first procedure. They filed my teeth, which I wasn't sure was ideal after a long flight, but the doctor was fantastic; I wish I could recall their name. The procedure was performed professionally with minimal discomfort, which was impressive given the condition of my teeth. After the procedure, the doctor explained the next steps and provided pain relief for sensitivity. I explored the hotel amenities, which included a sauna, pool, and a complimentary spa, along with paid options for massages and dining. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and food options. I’d rate the hotel a solid 3/5. The rest of the treatment went smoothly; they provided temporary plastic teeth and checked on me regularly. I’m now heading home with a Hollywood smile that I never thought I could achieve. A couple of suggestions for improvement: better communication regarding my arrival would have helped, as I missed the shuttle due to lack of information. Also, providing pain relief after the procedures would be beneficial; I requested some but didn’t receive any, especially since the discomfort was noticeable at night.
