Since August 2025, I have been in communication with a representative regarding my dental work and the associated costs. From the beginning, I was quite impressed with the service. The representative was straightforward and provided a quote, and we settled on a price for 24 veneers. I made the payment within the week, and everything went smoothly. They requested my flight details to coordinate with the accommodation dates. I also asked for extra days for sightseeing, which they were happy to accommodate (at my own expense). During the payment process, the representative remained available to answer any questions I had. Upon my arrival in December, the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was seamless. I received a detailed message and video explaining the process. On my first day in Istanbul, I thought I was going in for just a consultation, but it turned out to be both x-rays and the first procedure. They filed my teeth, which I wasn't sure was ideal after a long flight, but the doctor at the clinic was absolutely fantastic; I wish I could recall their name. The procedure was conducted professionally and with minimal discomfort, which was impressive considering the state of my teeth. After the procedure, the doctor explained the next steps and provided some pain relief for sensitivity. I returned to the hotel and explored the amenities, which included a sauna, pool, and a complimentary spa, along with paid options for massages, dining, and drinks. The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping center and various eateries. I’d rate the hotel a solid 3/5. The remainder of the treatment proceeded without any issues. They provided me with temporary plastic teeth and ensured I was okay through regular evening messages. I am now heading home with a Hollywood smile that I never thought I could achieve. A couple of suggestions for improvement: better communication regarding my arrival would have been helpful, as I missed the shuttle because I wasn't informed. Also, providing pain relief after the procedures would also be beneficial; I requested some but didn't receive any, as the discomfort was particularly noticeable at night. Therefore, during the final visit, having pain relief available would be appreciated.
