I ordered items specifically for Christmas delivery on December 16, but a few days later, the company informed me they were out of stock. I had to purchase the items again from a different retailer to receive them before Christmas. Then, the company decided to ship the items mid-January after I escalated the issue through a payment service. Now I've ended up paying for the same items twice. It's a shocking experience! It seems others have faced similar issues. I will never use this service again; I strongly advise against it!
