So I wrote a review back in 2018 about Zavvi, about the Fortnite Monopoly game.
To this day, I still HAVE NOT recieved this game I pre-ordered.
To be honest, I forgot about it for a long time until I decided to write another review and saw my original Zavvi review.
I can't wait for a reply saying it's not our fault, it's the suppliers.
I know it's gone way past the refund stage, but it just shows how this is a cowboy company that'll rip you off.

Can't fault the quality of the products ONCE they arrived.

Why? I placed an order on 13/12/25 for an item for a Christmas gift and another for myself. Plenty of time to arrive for Christmas, right? Fast forward 6 days to 19/12/25, I get an email update informing me they are aware my items have not been dispatched. Around this time, I used the View Help Center link on the email to contact customer service, just to get a genuine update and see if the item(s) would arrive in time for Christmas. I get an automated email stating they received my request and would respond in 24 hours but up to 48 hours at busy times. I never got a response in the end. On the 26/12/2025, another email update that they were aware my items have not been dispatched. And then finally, 08/01/2026 and an email letting me know the items have been dispatched, at last! But with an estimated delivery date on Mon 15 Dec. Great job on your customer service and communication.

Even completed their internal feedback/ review and heard nothing back, therefore, posting here too.

Pre ordered item 5 months before it was due to release, on release I get no word or anything I'm having to constantly message them for answer and now 3 months after release still no order. They also claimed that money hadn't been taken so went looked into account screen shotted it to them and well just say nothing useful of response no nothing just absolutely terrible company from my first and last experience they can't be helped.

Awful ordered two t-shirts 28th December and yet to receive anything - I have asked for a refund rather than the goods and haven't seen a penny back. I have had responses from customer support but they are holding emails and have no action behind them. Feel like I'm never going to see a return whether that be for goods or money . Sad to see plenty of other customers also frustrated and out of pocket!.

Item is now showing as pre- order only when it was available at the time of ordering, lack of transparency from Zavii or updates on my order.

Will not be using again terrible service.

Why is it when I pre-order an item it sits on my account not moving (apparently being processed) for months on end and yet those same items appear as a "quick buy" or even as a SALE item? Is there an issue with your ordering software that doesn't pick up pending orders?

Awful site, I placed an order before the new year, it took ages so tried to cancel it. They ignored all my messages and then sent it out 24 days later, so I returned it the same day and now I’m still waiting for a refund. Would not recommend this site and wouldn’t order anything from here again as communication is poor and you can’t ring and speak to anyone. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company goes bust

Frustrating Experience with Customer Service

I ordered two items, one of which was part of a special deal from an email I received. After about a week of no updates, especially since one item was a birthday gift, I reached out to the customer support team. I received no response, so I followed up a few days later. Still nothing. Eventually, I got an email stating they would close my ticket and others due to being overwhelmed, prioritizing shipping instead. If my issue remained unresolved, I was instructed to open a new ticket. Seriously?!? Finally, my package arrived, but the customer service was terrible. I'm left wondering if they even have a customer service team at all. 0 stars.

Disappointing delivery experience

I ordered items specifically for Christmas delivery on December 16, but a few days later, the company informed me they were out of stock. I had to purchase the items again from a different retailer to receive them before Christmas. Then, the company decided to ship the items mid-January after I escalated the issue through a payment service. Now I've ended up paying for the same items twice. It's a shocking experience! It seems others have faced similar issues. I will never use this service again; I strongly advise against it!

Order Status Still Processing After Weeks

I ordered two shirts on December 18th, and my account still shows that the order is processing. I reached out on January 16th and received no response for four days. I sent another message yesterday, and the reply stated, "To ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, we have moved everyone into the warehouse to assist with packing and shipping. We have made the decision to prioritize shipping speed over answering support tickets. Every available team member is currently focused entirely on getting parcels out the door to you. As a result, we are closing all currently open support tickets to clear our backlog." I still have no idea when I will receive the shirts.
