I ordered two items, one of which was part of a special deal from an email I received. After about a week of no updates, especially since one item was a birthday gift, I reached out to the customer support team. I received no response, so I followed up a few days later. Still nothing. Eventually, I got an email stating they would close my ticket and others due to being overwhelmed, prioritizing shipping instead. If my issue remained unresolved, I was instructed to open a new ticket. Seriously?!? Finally, my package arrived, but the customer service was terrible. I'm left wondering if they even have a customer service team at all. 0 stars.
