I've used Zavvi for about a decade, and I've never had an issue past slow dispatch times, until now.

I placed an order, a week later I still had no update, I checked on my ordered items and 3/5 were out of stock. I messaged customer service, twice, and got no response for yet another week.

It took me commenting on their Facebook page to have someone respond to my customer service request, by this time all 5 items I ordered were out of stock and they weren't able to fulfill my order.

I was told they issued a refund, but heard absolutely nothing for another week and it took me contacting my bank for the refund to be initiated.

Zavvi were one of my go-to places for Lego and Transformers purchases, but after this experience, I will not be using them again.
