What an utter disgrace this company is.
I ordered a limited edition item from them in January 2025 - the One Piece TCG 2nd Anniversary Box Set - due for release in mid-2025.
Now and again, I'd be told they were having trouble with the order, and then lengthy radio silence.
Today, I got an email confirming their failure to fulfill the order. You can't do that with limited items; it's a complete joke and some generic apology email over a year after the order was placed is insufficient to resolve the issue.
If minus-stars were possible, they'd deserve it. Their service has been shoddy for a while now, with a variety of things, including a recent order with some clothing items. They used to be pretty great a few years ago, but it's all gone downhill. I do not recommend ordering from Zavvi because you might end up with nothing, and customer service won't help you at all.
