I've shopped with this service before and, aside from a few delays, it was mostly smooth until this order. I placed an order for 8 T-shirts, which totaled around £82 with a code, a better deal than their buy 2 for £25 offer. I was thrilled with the Black Friday deal. However, I received an email stating my order was ready to ship, but one T-shirt had a payment issue. When I checked my bank, they had taken £61 instead. I returned to the service to settle the remaining £20, but the next page asked for my bank details with the total showing as the full amount. I refused to pay £61 and then £82 for the same order. I emailed, and a representative reassured me that the items would ship once I clicked the payment link. Did they even read my message? Apparently not. There's a 48-hour wait for responses, and they advised against replying to their emails, which should be an open line until resolved. I'm frustrated because I need these T-shirts for my children for Christmas, but they won’t ship until I pay. What bothers me most is their audacity to undercharge me and then attempt to overcharge. If I hadn’t checked my account, I could have ended up waiting for a refund, and since they don’t read emails properly, I doubt I’ll use them again.
