I made an order on the 8th December ready for Christmas, the items were still marked as 'processing' by Christmas week so I knew they wouldn't arrive on time. However, I contacted them to ask for an update and did t get one. I have since sent a further 8 messages and finally got a generic e-mail to say there are delays and the items will be dispatched as soon as possible. The reply also asked not to send any further correspondence as they are working through a back log of orders. It is now nearly 2 months on from my order and it is still 'processing' and I can't get a response and no other contact methods. I also asked for a refund and haven't had any response to that either.

Order Delays and Poor Communication

I placed an order with the seller on December 17, 2025. Now, on January 17, the items still haven't been dispatched. I've sent several messages through their contact methods and received no response at all. This is by far the worst experience I've had. It seems I may have to pursue small claims court. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.

Over two weeks without dispatch and no communication

I've been waiting for more than two weeks for an order that hasn’t even been shipped. It appears I’m not the only one facing this issue; it seems quite widespread. Perhaps they require payment upfront before purchasing from their suppliers. Communication is extremely difficult.

Impressive Response Times

I'm pleased with the quick responses I receive. Any issues, such as delivery delays or problems with my 4K Blu-ray steel cases, are generally managed well. Most of the time, the packaging is excellent, so any damage typically occurs during production or before shipping.

Repeated Order Failures

I've tried ordering T-shirts four times in the last couple of years, and none of them arrived; all were lost in transit. I always had to request a refund. Edit: How is that an acceptable response?

Frustrating Double Charge Attempt

●●UPDATE 4TH DECEMBER 2025●●£20.99 has been deducted from my bank, and the order is now processing. I've shopped with this service before and, aside from a few delays, it was mostly smooth until this order. I placed an order for 8 T-shirts, which totaled around £82 with a code, a better deal than their buy 2 for £25 offer. I was thrilled with the Black Friday deal. However, I received an email stating my order was ready to ship, but one T-shirt had a payment issue. When I checked my bank, they had taken £61 instead. I returned to the service to settle the remaining £20, but the next page asked for my bank details with the total showing as the full amount. I refused to pay £61 and then £82 for the same order. I emailed, and a representative reassured me that the items would ship once I clicked the payment link. Did they even read my message? Apparently not. There's a 48-hour wait for responses, and they advised against replying to their emails, which should be an open line until resolved. I'm frustrated because I need these T-shirts for my children for Christmas, but they won’t ship until I pay. What bothers me most is their audacity to undercharge me and then attempt to overcharge. If I hadn’t checked my account, I could have ended up waiting for a refund, and since they don’t read emails properly, I doubt I’ll use them again.

Avoid This Service!

This service is undoubtedly the worst I have ever dealt with online. Interactions feel like dealing with someone who masterfully uses the phrase 'the check’s in the mail'—there's always an excuse. I ordered an item and asked if they had stock since the website didn’t specify. The response didn’t answer my question but mentioned they were busy with orders. A tracking number was generated, claiming the item was shipped, but days later, it still showed as not picked up. Their response? 'The courier is experiencing delays.' After several days with no updates, I contacted them again, and they said my order was marked as 'despatched,' but the parcel hadn't been handed over to the courier. They promised an update in 24-48 hours. Two days later, still nothing. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, and they said it was too late as it was already packed. Finding contact information for them is nearly impossible. I tried emailing and calling, but got no response. Be warned—don’t purchase from this service.
