This service is undoubtedly the worst I have ever dealt with online. Interactions feel like dealing with someone who masterfully uses the phrase 'the check’s in the mail'—there's always an excuse. I ordered an item and asked if they had stock since the website didn’t specify. The response didn’t answer my question but mentioned they were busy with orders. A tracking number was generated, claiming the item was shipped, but days later, it still showed as not picked up. Their response? 'The courier is experiencing delays.' After several days with no updates, I contacted them again, and they said my order was marked as 'despatched,' but the parcel hadn't been handed over to the courier. They promised an update in 24-48 hours. Two days later, still nothing. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, and they said it was too late as it was already packed. Finding contact information for them is nearly impossible. I tried emailing and calling, but got no response. Be warned—don’t purchase from this service.
