Ill never go back to the newberry zaxbys I waited 30mins in line for me to get home and realized my tenders were hard and not edidible like they were sitting in a hot hold all day it happened on night shift a hour before closing you need a new night crew that's ridiculous I bet the person in front of me that had everyone waiting for 30 mins had fresh food
I visited a fast food establishment for lunch today. When I reached the drive-thru window to collect my order, the staff member handed me my drink, which had hair on the cup. When I pointed it out, she simply removed the hair and looked at me as if it was no big deal. I requested a new drink, but was met with a dismissive attitude. The employee preparing the drinks had long hair down to her waist without any covering. If this is the level of service at the drive-thru, I'm concerned about what goes on in the kitchen.

They use a 'Wing Warmer' system, preparing large batches of wings and keeping them warm. Management claims there are time limits for how long they can stay there, but it’s hard to believe they would discard so many. The overall quality has declined due to a lack of effort in preparing fresh meals.

The company needs to improve to prevent food-related illnesses. I genuinely feel my order was not prepared properly.
