This feels like a scam. I ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend on December 6th and paid for express shipping (6-9 days), but it still hasn't arrived. The order status shows paid but not shipped. The support team’s responses have frustrated me, especially when I asked about the expected delivery date and they said they were still preparing my order. When I requested a refund for the express shipping, they denied it, claiming shipping time doesn't affect preparation time. There’s no information on the site about preparation time either. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
