Extremely disappointing experience, I can't recommend this service:

My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend it: 1- Initially, I was charged twice for the same items (one of the charges is still being disputed).
2- The product quality was poor, and the color did not match what was displayed on the platform (I had to provide photo evidence).
3- Additionally, I had to cover the costs for returning the items.
4- A month later, I had to send a request for updates on the refund amount, as I am still waiting.

Difficult to Reach

Feels Like a Scam

This feels like a scam. I ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend on December 6th and paid for express shipping (6-9 days), but it still hasn't arrived. The order status shows paid but not shipped. The support team’s responses have frustrated me, especially when I asked about the expected delivery date and they said they were still preparing my order. When I requested a refund for the express shipping, they denied it, claiming shipping time doesn't affect preparation time. There’s no information on the site about preparation time either. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Shipping Issue

I was promised free shipping on the site and in my cart, but when my order went through, I was charged for shipping. The store refused to honor the free shipping even after I provided a screenshot. I won't be shopping there again and will unsubscribed from their frequent emails.
