I received a promotional mailing in the post so decided to sign up as I enjoy my online gambling and thought be good to have a new site. I deposited but did not receive free spins despite providing ID etc, I enquired with support and was told I wouldn't receive them due to management decision. As far as I can tell I meet the criteria. I deposited £10 and then found out that the minimum withdrawal is £20, therefore they effectively stole my money as I couldn't then withdraw it back. Why send post inviting to sign up and offering an offer to not honour it. Seems like a scam company. I would avoid.
