I would give 5 stars but was let down slightly by the agent I spoke to. I will add more detail further in my review.
I found this website from a 3rd party site offering free sign up bonuses. I claimed my 100 free spins fairly easily by depositing £10. I managed to accumulate £25.50 on the free spins which then went into my bonus balance. I was unable to withdraw this due to the minimum withdrawal being £20. I then wagered the money in 2 bets on roulette first bet didn’t come in so put the whole balance on tier and zero section. Black 26 landed giving me a real money balance of £54 and a bonus balance of £90 give or take. I then again tried to withdraw but was unable to due to my bonus still being active so I contacted support through the web chat. Greeted by AI at first I managed to get through to a real agent. The agent tried to help but mentioned they couldn’t tell me if I was to cancel the active bonus if my real money would stay due to licensing issues. Unsure what this actually meant and why I couldn’t just be told. I cancelled the active bonus which said £25.50 which then removed all my bonus funds of £90. This left me with the real balance of £54. Not an issue, nice little win from free spins. Withdraw request was fast within a couple of hours so now just waiting for the money to land in my account. Reading other reviews people have mentioned they HAVE to upload there card, it clearly mentions that it is optional so I don’t see what the issue there is about. If you’re only playing for the bonuses then you should be good. I will update this review if I do encounter any issues with funds not arriving but if I don’t then all is good.

The part when verifying your ID using your bank card seems very wrong, I'm pretty sure you are supposed to keep at least four of your card numbers covered over, this site doesn't ask for you to do that, it wants ALL OF YOUR DETAILS printed on the bank card, front and back. Very dodgy indeed.The site is not very user friendly.The site feels very glitchy.Horrible experience.I feel violated and exploited.
After trying to retrieve my winnings and sent over my documents,they ask me for, they always returned back in email to me, to upload either same documents, as previously done, several times, then wanted me to show these documents in colour ?? So Bizarre requests!!It's like baring ones soul!!This has to be worst site, I have ever been on, as they Donot want to pay out, when one gets a win!!As said by other reviews stay away from this site!!Have even been in contact with the Gamberling Commission to report this site!!This site is based in Limassol Cyprus!!
Would give zero rating if I could. Don not waste your money on Zebra Wins or any of it's Sister Sites. When playing some of the games especially Mega Jackpot games, the session terminates after you've spent a fair bit of money and you can't reload and finish where you left off. This happens regularly, latest example, I was playing Mega Jackpot Wheel of Fortume today where I won a spin on the Fortune Wheel for Jackpot payout and error message appeared saying 'session is terminated' before I could get my spin or money. Total rip off. Messaged customer services who give you the usual excuse, check internet connection, clear Cache etc. All this was done before I played. ABSOLUTE CON SITE!
