I would give 5 stars but was let down slightly by the agent I spoke to. I will add more detail further in my review.
I found this website from a 3rd party site offering free sign up bonuses. I claimed my 100 free spins fairly easily by depositing £10. I managed to accumulate £25.50 on the free spins which then went into my bonus balance. I was unable to withdraw this due to the minimum withdrawal being £20. I then wagered the money in 2 bets on roulette first bet didn’t come in so put the whole balance on tier and zero section. Black 26 landed giving me a real money balance of £54 and a bonus balance of £90 give or take. I then again tried to withdraw but was unable to due to my bonus still being active so I contacted support through the web chat. Greeted by AI at first I managed to get through to a real agent. The agent tried to help but mentioned they couldn’t tell me if I was to cancel the active bonus if my real money would stay due to licensing issues. Unsure what this actually meant and why I couldn’t just be told. I cancelled the active bonus which said £25.50 which then removed all my bonus funds of £90. This left me with the real balance of £54. Not an issue, nice little win from free spins. Withdraw request was fast within a couple of hours so now just waiting for the money to land in my account. Reading other reviews people have mentioned they HAVE to upload there card, it clearly mentions that it is optional so I don’t see what the issue there is about. If you’re only playing for the bonuses then you should be good. I will update this review if I do encounter any issues with funds not arriving but if I don’t then all is good.
