I placed an order with Zecoya on May 12, 2025. I waited for several days with no update from them. I tried to contact customer service multiple times but received no response at all. Finally, on May 22, ten days later, I got a brief message saying my order had been canceled — with no proper explanation or apology.This is completely unacceptable. The customer service is nonexistent, the communication is terrible, and I’m left with nothing after waiting all this time. I do not recommend this company at all, and I will never order from them again.I hope my review helps others avoid the same frustration.
