Disappointing experience this time

I had a good experience with this company a few years ago for the same product, but now it seems they prioritize taking payments over fulfilling orders. It's been over a month, and their promised 'express delivery' has not occurred. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, there has been no progress, and all I receive are excuses related to holiday backlogs.

Would rate lower if possible

If I could give a negative review, I would. I bought a glucose monitor for my cat, but when I took it to the vet, I discovered it was previously opened. The box seal was cut, the test strip seal was broken, and the instructions were torn. The battery was dead, and crucial code cards were missing, rendering the device useless. I tried reaching out to the company by phone, but only got a voicemail saying they value their customers. I left SEVEN messages over two months with no response. Are they still in business? I will escalate this to the appropriate authorities. Avoid this company at all costs!

Proceed with caution

I received a probiotic product that expired seven months ago. I immediately contacted the company for a refund, and they said they would check for a fresh product. A week later, there was still no update. I requested a refund, and then communication ceased entirely. Now, I am seeking a refund through my credit card company. The product's packaging raised my suspicions - poorly wrapped glass bottles and shipping labels that looked homemade. Avoid this company!

Ordering experience has worsened

I've ordered from this service every six months for the past two years with no issues, but now tracking requires an app download? This is ridiculous; no one else I deal with asks for such a cumbersome process. If my package doesn't arrive in a week, I'm disputing the charge. It's as if someone decided to make ordering more difficult, and it’s frustrating.

Highly suspicious company

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I suspect this company is not legitimate. My order for herbs has only been confirmed but never shipped after two weeks. Their customer service number is unresponsive, and emails go unanswered. They also have a hidden subscription model that you won't be aware of. They clearly do not care about customer service, as there is no follow-up. This feels like a front for something else!

Terrible experience, beware

Be cautious, and don't waste your time. If you're lucky enough to reach a representative, they just provide false information. They're quick to take your money, and that's where their efficiency ends. My order took forever to arrive, and when I asked for a refund, I was told it would be processed soon. A month later, it showed up, but I had already bought it elsewhere. I tried calling multiple times but couldn't even leave a message. I just received an automated message saying no representatives were available. My previous experiences with them have also been poor. If they’re missing something from your order, they leave you without communication. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
