They are scamming people , they don’t respond to any complain,
The costumer service are not helpful, I feel most of them are useless , they just do copy and paste from , the sense isn’t accurate they charge you what ever they want even when your score Excellent , so I don’t recommend them , it doesn’t worth the stress, avoid them by any costo.
