Any issues relating to payments or direct debits are handled by a separate company, which makes resolving problems far more difficult than it should be. If something goes wrong, you cannot deal directly with the main provider and are instead redirected elsewhere. Unfortunately, this third-party company is extremely difficult to contact. It is almost impossible to speak to a real person, as you are kept in automated systems or left waiting without meaningful support. This adds unnecessary frustration to what should be a straightforward process and makes resolving billing issues far more stressful and time consuming than expected.

I tried to lift the company because after two years because I wasn’t happy with Ziggo with the price the new price of zero giving me but Mr Zak call me and he discussed the new price and breakdown cover and everything‘s fully compressive with me and literally, I’m really happy right now. Not satisfied with the service because every month, they are increasing my Insurance amount, my first insurance was detected is £137 After two months, it was deducting £144 and again after two months. It is deducting £155 sometime. I feel like I am getting a fraud from this company because the insurance will be at 30 days package monthly, but they are deducting amount from my account one week before and every month, two days or three days they are deducting which is my loss. That’s why I am not satisfy and I am not happy with this services.

Marcin was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. I will suggest that you update your AI support bot, as it did not tell me I have to wait for 24hrs before my trips update. Therefore I have been in settings numerous times, updated the app AND deleted it and reinstalled it, would of saved a lot of time I probably wouldn't have had to be connected to a person jad that information been available.

No explanation or help. Your company uses threats and bullying to try and extort money. When I didn't agree to pay extra and found another quote youhave refused to carry out your threats of cancellation and my price hasn't changed yet lol.

I have cancelled my direct debit so someone with actual authority instead of computer bots had better handle the situation. I will be lodging this with defacqto and taking it to a tribunal for reclamation of funds and for the time you have cost me so far. I have proof of your threats and attampt at fraud so sort this quickly.

Unfair Treatment Regarding Policy
I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the way my delivery insurance case has been handled. My Zego policy was cancelled solely because I missed an email deadline — a minor administrative oversight. This was not intentional, nor was there any fraud or claim involved.
I now hold an active SDP policy with INSHUR, have submitted all relevant documentation, and have been fully transparent about my situation. Yet, my attempts to reinstate or secure a delivery policy continue to be rejected without clear reasoning.
It is completely unacceptable that such arbitrary decisions are preventing me from working. I demand clarity, fairness, and immediate guidance on how to resolve this matter. Administrative oversights should never result in permanent blocking from essential work.
This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I expect a proper review without further delays.
