Made a claim - I was at fault and caught a gate post so vehicle is written off. Fair enough. However it has been over a month since my truck was collected. I haven’t recieved a valuation despite being told that I would hear by Friday - 2 weeks ago and by this Friday when I spoke to someone. That didn’t happen either. So I’m without my work vehicle still.
