They mark the item as delivered on the tracking system. That is simply a lie. We reache out by phone and email but they do not respond. We visit them in person and they simply say the item is lost. They do not give a solution. So I have to sort it out with the seller, going through a painful customer service process that lasted several calls and emails during 3 weeks. 1 month later i get my money back but have no item and ive wanted too much time.
