The worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery company. They don’t tell you what time of day they’re coming, so you have to wait the whole day. I contacted them by email no reply. I called nothing. And now I’m still at home, waiting all day, doing nothing but waiting.
There aren't enough words to describe how awful this company is.It's been 8 days since Movistar shipped a new mobile; it's still not here, and every evening Zeleris sends an SMS saying that they tried to deliver, but nobody was home. Yet someone has been home the entire time, watching the phone, and waiting for the doorbell to ring. So their messages are complete lies.They called once from a call centre to confirm the address, which has been correct the whole time, but the driver has never called or rang the doorbell.Every day, Movistar escalates the order for delivery, but it doesn't make any difference.To say that we are annoyed would be an understatement.
They mark the item as delivered on the tracking system. That is simply a lie. We reache out by phone and email but they do not respond. We visit them in person and they simply say the item is lost. They do not give a solution. So I have to sort it out with the seller, going through a painful customer service process that lasted several calls and emails during 3 weeks. 1 month later i get my money back but have no item and ive wanted too much time.
If you need to transfer anything important from A to B, so never use the service of this company. I ordered a fast shipping of documents which is supposed to deliver the within 48 hours. Nobody came to take them. After 3 days I receive a phone call that a courier want to come only to get my parcel. this is not serious, no trust to them and of course this is my first and the last attempt to work with them.
