I give minus 10 starsWaited in for two days for a mobile from Movistar, tracking the package all day, at 18.00 the tracking goes red and a message saying the address is incorrect, I checked the address and it's where I live. I phoned customer service, automated answering machine, so I sent a email, within 1 minute I get an automated reply basically telling me they won't reply contact the person sending the package, and do not reply to their email. Looking at the other reviews I don't think there is much chance of delivery anytime soon. Movistar needs to find a new courier service, preferably one that actually delivers.
