My story:First message I got from them it was unsuccessful delivery attempt Saturday afternoon when nobody is delivering and especially here in Spain.Then parcel was not moving for 3 days even every time I called there they told me it will be dispatched next working day.Then I opened claim. During the call I was listening some imaginary story how my parcel is in Madrid and because there is snow calamity it stuck there. Interesting because delivery attempt means parcel is near my place.How they sort the situation is that after my call they mark my parcel as delivered. Is interesting how parcel can be delivered on few minutes to other side of Spain.Then I called there again and asked what that means. Of course no explanation and they opened new claim of non delivered item and told me they must speak with the driver. My claim is opened until now. To call the driver is meter of few minutes not days.No parcel no answer.UPDATE.One week after parcel was delivered. Based on 94 % negative reviews here this company should make internal audit.Adding one star
