I attempted to sell an item on a marketplace, and the buyer sent $80 through a payment service. Unfortunately, I couldn't accept the payment as it was from a business account, and I needed a business account myself. I tried to upgrade to a business account, and we worked together to make the transaction appear larger for verification. After three days of attempting to upgrade and transferring funds multiple times, I still haven't received my $900 back or the $80 from the marketplace. Now, I plan to close my bank account to stop the payment service from accessing it.
