While you think this would be helpful, let me tell you it’s not. Even making a transfer to yourself can take forever. I personally find it unhelpful as incurring-late fees as you wait for your money to clear is just nonsense. As it was a cash transfer not even a check. I would not recommend Zelle to anyone. People who work hard to get ahead, this will just put them behind!
I have been using the service for several years, but that has come to an end. They rejected a payment to an address already on file, and I can't find a solution. I depended on this service to make rent payments to my landlord. When I tried to resolve the issue with my bank, I was informed that it was entirely up to the service. They are impossible to reach, as they only allow verification via a mobile number, which I don't have or use. The service ignores my problem, forcing me to look for alternative payment options. This situation reflects the common business approach of many large internet-based companies: "for every customer we lose, we gain five new ones, so why bother with customer support?"

This service is very disappointing; it only works with partnered banks. The customer service is lacking, the app is frustrating, and the interface is overwhelming. Overall, the experience has led me to believe they should reconsider their operations.
This service has extremely frustrating limitations. I will seek other payment methods first. If I have sufficient funds, I should be able to send them without daily or rolling limits. The process to raise these limits is terrible, and there are too many restrictions. You need different identifiers for various banks, but only those they approve. Update: They finally increased my limit after my complaints.
This service is completely ineffective! After signing up and attempting to use it, I received an error saying I needed to contact my bank. I waited on hold for over an hour, answered numerous questions, and finally managed to send money for an emergency. The next day, I faced the same issues and was told to find another method. The website offers no help options at all. Don't waste your time.
This service shouldn't exist at all; life was better without it! I believe they intentionally delay claims so customers don't get their money back. We filed a claim and received no follow-up. After spending hours on the phone with unhelpful staff, we have claims open for investigation, but it feels pointless. They don't seem to care and even blamed us for the issues faced. This service is a scam and needs to be shut down!
