I bought a Zempire tent expecting quality, but it leaked badly on the very first use, soaking both living and bedroom areas. On the second trip, a tent pole burst at the seam—Zempire replaced it, which I appreciated.Despite limited use (about 10 times max, always stored properly), the leaking continued on two more trips, ruining bedding and making the tent unusable. We camp only once or twice a year, so the issues took time to surface—but this was not normal wear and tear as the company claimed.I shared video footage showing the soaked tent, but Zempire refused to consider the warranty issue beyond rigidly sticking to timelines. On one trip, the leaking was so bad we had to leave the campsite and borrow a friend’s ancient tent for the second night, which kept us all dry—a new experience for our kids!I wish I had claimed the warranty from the start but was trying to follow their advice to soak the tent thoroughly to enable waterproofing. By our third wet camping trip, it was clear this wasn’t working.Frustratingly, Zempire ignored that the tent never worked properly and stuck strictly to warranty deadlines.I was offered a discount but won’t be buying from Zempire again. Expensive gear that fails on basics.I am now left with an unusable tent with no retail value.
