Title: Ordered Nov 2025 – Still no delivery or confirmed dispatch date
I ordered and paid for a Delta Force V2 tent in November 2025.
Since placing the order I have been given three different delivery dates, all of which have passed without the tent being delivered. I was recently told that the tent is currently sitting in Zempire’s UK warehouse, but despite this I still haven’t been given a confirmed dispatch or delivery date.
I have contacted customer support directly and also posted on their Facebook page but have not received any meaningful update or progress so far.
At this point I would simply like some clarity on when the tent will actually be dispatched.

I bought a Zempire tent expecting quality, but it leaked badly on the very first use, soaking both living and bedroom areas. On the second trip, a tent pole burst at the seam—Zempire replaced it, which I appreciated.Despite limited use (about 10 times max, always stored properly), the leaking continued on two more trips, ruining bedding and making the tent unusable. We camp only once or twice a year, so the issues took time to surface—but this was not normal wear and tear as the company claimed.I shared video footage showing the soaked tent, but Zempire refused to consider the warranty issue beyond rigidly sticking to timelines. On one trip, the leaking was so bad we had to leave the campsite and borrow a friend’s ancient tent for the second night, which kept us all dry—a new experience for our kids!I wish I had claimed the warranty from the start but was trying to follow their advice to soak the tent thoroughly to enable waterproofing. By our third wet camping trip, it was clear this wasn’t working.Frustratingly, Zempire ignored that the tent never worked properly and stuck strictly to warranty deadlines.I was offered a discount but won’t be buying from Zempire again. Expensive gear that fails on basics.I am now left with an unusable tent with no retail value.
King Single Stretcher Bed.First time operated (at home - not even in a camping environment) when folding back into stow away position, the canvas got caught in the leg folding mechanism despite ensuring the fabric was even set on both sides as per instructions. Poorly designed. What's even poorer is the customer service interaction in which Zempire immediately stated it wasn't covered by their warranty and stated it would have been my fault without even investigating further or asking for photos and/or inspection. Despite stating multiple times this wasn't misuse but an actual fault in the folding mechanism, Zempire stated it's not covered and they are closing the request. Best yet - no way to speak to their company as they don't list a contact number which is extremely poor customer service which enables them to basically push a poor product, take your money and not stand behind their guarantee. Will be escalating.
We have an Empire Aero TL Pro and it's a marvelous tent, love it and can't wait for the new season to start. What we are disappointed about is not being able to contact anyone to get a side brow pole. Now, I suspect you folks in NZ get excellent customer service, but this is not true for the UK. We did get a message from someone back in September 2023 but nothing since. Interestingly the company we bought our tent from no longer sells Zempire - have you over reached perhaps?
I purchased an Aerodome 2 pro in 2021 and used it up until this year, no problems and a great tent. We went camping this year and it developed a slight leak and one of the air beams failed. The weather that week was crazy, high winds and torrential rain, so in general the tent withstood all of this but did develop the faults. I contacted Zempire and they told me to forward the pictures of the problems, which I did. They then sent a courier and picked the tent up from my house and after about a week, they sent me a brand new tent. They no longer did my tent so they sent me the newer model ( aerodome pro v2). It is worth noting that this tent is £2600 retail. They also sent me the front awning cover. Great customer service and a great company who look after you. Also like to thank Attwoolls Camping centre in Gloucester for great customer service regarding this matter. Would recommend them too.
We have a few Zempire products now and they are all really well made so I thought I ought to write a review. We have a double monstamat sleeping pad that we have used camping on some really cold nights and the insulation from the ground is brilliant, we've never been cold sleeping on it in our tent. We also have one of the bamboo topped folding tables and love the fact that the legs are height adjustable and that it has a built in bottle opener. We recently did a more basic camping trip where we needed smaller items to fit in a small electric car for a road trip and bought two of the single monstalite sleeping pads. Again these are really well made and can be inflated with the carry bag.
