I would rate this as 0 stars if possible, as they have charged my credit card four times for an alleged bank card, which appears as a cash advance on my credit card statement. This has severely impacted my credit rating since withdrawing cash from a credit card can significantly lower it. I've reached out to them multiple times and raised three tickets, but no one has responded. I have not received any refunds. The application states a fee of £5.95 for the card, yet they have taken the money four times! It's baffling!
