This is by far one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had.
I strongly warn anyone thinking about opening an account with this bank: do not do it, even for temporary use. This bank shows a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic standards.
My business account was suddenly closed without any warning, explanation, or justification. One day everything was fine, and the next day my account was gone. No notice, no communication—nothing. When I contacted customer service, they provided zero answers. They simply repeat generic responses and refuse to explain their own actions.
For a business, this is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. Closing accounts without explanation can seriously damage operations, disrupt cash flow, and put businesses at risk. A bank that treats its customers like this cannot be trusted.
This feels less like a professional financial institution and more like an unreliable service with no accountability. If you value your business, your time, and your money, stay far away from this bank.
I will be taking this matter further and sharing my experience across multiple platforms so others do not fall into the same situation.
