This has been the worst lease company I have dealt with. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I left a review previously, but it seems to have made no impact. I want to warn others so they don’t endure the same struggles I have faced. They consistently put customers in tough situations, inflating fines with unnecessary fees, and refuse to adhere to their own policies, offering some of the poorest customer service. They have also taken money from my account without permission multiple times, prompting my bank to reach out regarding payments. They attempted to charge me for fines that had already been forgiven, despite having evidence on their system, dismissing these as mere “mistakes.” If I had the means to exit the lease, I would have done so after the first six months. If you value peace of mind, I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs!
