I’ve been a user for quite a while, had zero issues - everything was fine. A few days ago i was making an online payment which i’ve done before multiple times but this time i made a few mistakes on card CVC. As a result i received email about total account block for suspicious activity, not just card block. Replied to the email and my account is still locked. In app support is completely useless and gives back generic answers, by no means it should be legal to block account because of incorrect CVC and such cases should be evaluated with highest priority, super terrible experience. I will update this review if it turn’s positive but so far looking to get my money out and forget about this service asap.
