SCAMMERS, get away from this scam institution disgusting in a Bank form.

Zen.com UAB rejected my incoming payment of 1999€, they proceeded to refund back to sender from their business account and sender’s Bank (Genome) flagged Zen’s incoming transfer as business activity on a personal account and sent money back to Zen. Since then Zen kept the money, refused to propose alternative payment method and whenever I complain they send me the receipt of their payment that was in reality rejected. What kind of serious bank refuses to trace money and kept third party money?
As I cannot attach the refund confirmation letter from Genome here, I’ll paste the information on the document here :

Despite sending these informations to Zen.com they ignored me. See the date of refund and today’s date : 24/02/2026, Zen is still having third party money in their personal business account and refusing to refund. Trust them at your own risk.

I explained everything and you do not listens to me this is addressing to Bank zen.com and they are claiming that until investigation is ongoing they restricted my access yto pay with zen.com vank or send money. thye try to make your life horrible. so finally i have located an EU directive and Rule that if a person has no money and is //////Under PSD2 Art.74 & vulnerability rules, of European Union they have to release €950 partial as sole funds for food/transport. Proof: [No fraud on my end.” You have to act fast and compensate customer
which I did . but later surprise they rejected to release mt funds and i felt like so unsafe and so unprotected that i have decided to chace then and prove that they are just bunch of Un ducated staff and they do nothing to help you pretending
We pay you to get best service and we get just frustration I have spent already I even lost time 5 hours in finding out what is wrong but I am shocked how you treated me Zen.com

Other wise you live me no chose it is not much money but I have a lawyer friend I fix his sears and office PC and maintain them so he will be happy to support me on the case also copying him

I’ve been a user for quite a while, had zero issues - everything was fine. A few days ago i was making an online payment which i’ve done before multiple times but this time i made a few mistakes on card CVC. As a result i received email about total account block for suspicious activity, not just card block. Replied to the email and my account is still locked. In app support is completely useless and gives back generic answers, by no means it should be legal to block account because of incorrect CVC and such cases should be evaluated with highest priority, super terrible experience. I will update this review if it turn’s positive but so far looking to get my money out and forget about this service asap.

Lack of communication

Ironically, my feedback stems from not being given a reason for the refusal to establish a business account. All I received was the refusal itself. If I were to do the same, I would leave a negative review without justification.

Missing funds for 30 days

Exactly 30 days ago, I transferred money to another account, and it’s still missing! The service isn’t responding at all. I’ve contacted legal assistance! They requested the necessary documentation, but the service has been unresponsive. This is ridiculous. This isn’t a bank; it feels like a circus! They reply to my emails once a week, and I’m losing patience. I will wait a few more days, and if they don’t resolve the transaction, I will escalate further.
