I ordered two Glide-On Waterproof Kajal Eyeliners and a Traceless Matte Foundation Repair Stick from Zena. They claimed to be U.S-based, but everything shipped from China. I only received one eyeliner, and it smeared all over my face. The second item was actually a lip liner. The foundation stick was a counterfeit from Derol (sold on Amazon for $9.99), but I was charged $16.07.When I requested a return under their “satisfaction guarantee,” they denied it and stopped responding. Misleading products and terrible customer service. Beware.
