The initial representative I spoke with, who later turned out to be unhelpful, claimed he disabled the two-factor authentication and suggested I try again, which ultimately resulted in me being locked out of my account. What should have taken just two minutes ended up taking two hours, and I am still locked out. I'm frustrated. Their tools are cumbersome, and the entire system feels poorly constructed. I recommend shopping locally instead of relying on these large national brands; they are disappointing.
