I'm giving a higher rating because of the exceptional experience with the customer service during the return process. It was quick, and the representatives were very pleasant. Unfortunately, the bras don't meet expectations. They look great in the advertisement, but the cup sizes are inaccurate (about two sizes too small), and the material is too stretchy, offering little support. The straps tend to tangle and slide off the shoulders. They may be fine for smaller sizes, but they don't provide adequate support for larger breasts. However, the material is soft and feels nice.
