I'm giving a higher rating due to the excellent customer service I received while returning the bras. The process was quick, and the representatives were very friendly. However, the bras themselves are underwhelming. They appear well-designed in the advertisement, but the cup sizes are off (about two sizes too small), and the material is overly stretchy, lacking sufficient support. The straps tend to tangle and slip off, making them uncomfortable. They may work for smaller sizes but don’t provide the necessary support for larger breasts. On a positive note, the material does feel soft.

I ordered two bras that should have fit me according to their size chart. The cup size was fine, but the straps kept falling off. I tried ordering again in a smaller size, one of which was supposed to be sky blue. Instead, I received two bras—one that is definitely dark gray and another in some shade of gray. I'm so frustrated that I haven't even tried them on. Avoid ordering if you dislike gray!
I ordered this bra through an online platform, which indicated the item would be shipped by the supplying company. I was charged for shipping at the time of purchase. I later received a notice from the postal service stating I owed a shipping and handling fee. It seems the company used a counterfeit label for shipping. I refused to pay. The company suggested I pay for the shipping and then they would reimburse me upon receiving the receipt. Why would I trust a company that used a counterfeit label initially? I would not order from this company again, and I still haven't received credit for my purchase after over a month.
I ordered two bras, but upon trying them on, I found them too small. I began searching for return information, and after some effort, I thought I found the right site. However, my email bounced back as 'Undeliverable/Site Unknown.' I found another email to try, but it makes me question why the company is not more transparent about their return policy and why they don't provide a return form.
This product was very uncomfortable. When I reached out to the company to return them, I was told they might offer a 50% refund if they could resell them. I'm regretting my purchase of these bras and plan to donate them. So much for supporting a small business.
I ordered three bras based on their advertisement, which turned out to be misleading. The bras offered no support, and the fabric is mostly very loose-fitting nylon with non-supportive cups. Additionally, it took almost three weeks to receive them. I was excited to finally get them, but now I regret tossing the packaging, as I could have returned the two I never tried on. Please don’t expect any support from these bras.
